Taiwan's Powerchip to invest $9.23 billion in four wafer plants
Taiwan's Powerchip Semiconductor Corp has said it plans to invest 300 billion Taiwan dollars (9.23 billion US) in building four 12-inch-wafer plants in the central city of Taichung.
