European Science Foundation Publishes Forward Look Report on Nanomedicine The European Science Foundation recently concluded a foresight study on the topic of nanotechnology applied to medicine (Scientific Forward Look on Nanomedicine). The goal of this Forward Look was to exchange views on the current status of Nanomedicine between scientific experts and policy makers, and to reflect upon future developments, opportunities and challenges facing this important field in Europe and world wide. Over 100 international experts from academia, industry, private foundations and governmental agencies supporting scientific research have contributed to this activity.
