New fiber-coupled diode laser module of significantly higher output power Jena/San Jose, January 25, 2005. At the Photonics West 2005 in San Jose, USA, JENOPTIK Laserdiode GmbH, a subsidiary of JENOPTIK AG in Jena, Germany, presented a new passively cooled fiber-coupled diode laser module JOLD-100-CPXF-4P delivering a significantly higher output power of 100 watts from a single fiber (core diameter 0.4 mm, NA 0.22) than the previews fiber-coupled diode laser modules.
