New Line of Sputtering Products Kurt J. Lesker Company (KJLC) and Sierra Applied Sciences (Sierra) announced today that KJLC has added to its line of TORUS® magnetron sputtering products a new and comprehensive line of sputtering products employing Sierra's world class High Utilization Magnetron Sputtering technology. Sierra's technology is based on Sierra's U.S. Patent No. 5,262,028.
