Korea Develops High-Resolution Satellite Camera Korea has developed an ultra-resolution camera that can recognize a moving vehicle at an altitude of 685 kilometers above the ground, according to the Chosunilbo. The Korea Aerospace Research Institute said on Sunday that it has made a multi-spectral camera, or MSC, in conjunction with an Israel-based firm.
