TSMC Verifies Fully Functional 90 Nanometer Chips Using Immersion Lithography Tools Findings Suggests Immersion is Nearly Ready For ProductionTaiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, said that it used immersion lithography tools to produce fully functional 90nm devices.
