Earthquake in California could be more devastating than Katrina Four years ago, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) detailed some of the worst natural disasters that could befall the United States. They included a terrorist attack on New York, a hurricane hitting New Orleans and a big earthquake occurring on the West Coast. The first two have already taken place.
