New Lead-Free 658nm Wavelength Laser Diodes from Photonic Products Ideal for applications such as low level laser therapy, medical imaging, industrial alignment, laser levelling and barcode scanning, Sanyo’s new lead-free laser diodes, DL-6147-240 & DL-6147-040, produce 40mW CW output power at 658nm, which is 10mW more output power than the DL-5147-042 series laser diodes which they replaced in compliance with the RoHS Directive.
