New SUPRA 40 Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope launched Carl Zeiss SMT – Nano Technology Systems Division has released the new SUPRATM 40 series of ultra high resolution field emission scanning electron microscopes (FESEM) which replaces the previous SUPRA 35 and SUPRATM 50 FESEM models.
